-The Identification, Acquisition and Development of high potential oil and gas fields under various ownership scenarios in Nigeria and West Africa and -In conjunction with its partners, the identification and development of fee-based opportunities (Build Own and Operate) in Nigeria, Ghana, Angola and Mozambique in sectors such as oil, gas, ports, power, real estate and public infrastructure assets particularly projects/assets where the capacity of the Company’s service subsidiaries can be fully deployed.

Whilst the company’s Investment Management subsidiary is currently being set up, Index Brook Limited has established a number of alliances to support its asset ownership and investment management aspirations:
